The three preeminent collections of ancient paintings and calligraphies—Lee Jung-sen’s Bei Shan Tang, Low Chuck-tiew’s Xubaizhai, and Ho Iu-kwong’s Chih Lo Lou—are renowned among scholars and collectors alike. The three collections have all been donated to public institutions in Hong Kong. For the first time ever, this exhibition brings together highlights from these collections—over 90 sets of masterpieces will be displayed, showcasing Hong Kong’s golden age of collecting and honoring the collectors’ selfless contributions.
