Local primary and secondary school groups are welcome to join the “ARTventure” programme and step into the world of Qing court art. Students will encounter exquisite treasures and experience the splendour and refinement of imperial aesthetics firsthand.
Through guided exhibition tours, students will explore the development of Qing court art and its close connections with history, culture, and exchanges between China and the wider world. In the printmaking workshop, they will create their own works while discovering a distinctive craft that was highly valued during the Qianlong reign, blended Chinese and Western influences, and continues to inspire today.
