Group Visit
Any visiting groups with 15 members or more, with guided tours or not, are required to make an online application in advance.
Guided Tour
The guided tour service is free of charge and for non-profit purposes only. The eligible groups include CUHK, other tertiary institutions, registered schools, non-profit-making organizations and charitable organizations.

Campus Visit for Group Visitors
Upon the approval of the group visit application, the Art Museum will send the “Campus Visitor Application Form – Group Visitors” to the applicant via email. The applicant must:
1. Read the “Notes for Campus Visit” provided in the form carefully
2. Complete the form with the required information and affix the organization’s official chop
3. Email the completed form to the Art Museum (artmuseum.groupvisit@cuhk.edu.hk) and copy it to the University Security Office (security_office@cuhk.edu.hk) for record purposes
4. Submit a printed copy of the issued "Campus Visit Application Form" at the "Visitor Registration Counter" by the Group Escort In-charge and produce his/her identity document for registration when entering the campus
5. Ensure the group vehicles leave the campus after dropping off and picking up passengers at destination. No parking or waiting on campus is allowed
